We deliver countrywide across Uganda. Delivery within Kampala is typically same-day or next-day; upcountry deliveries are arranged via trusted courier services and may take 1–3 business days depending on your location.
Delivery Fees
Delivery cost depends on your location and is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before your order is dispatched — it is not automatically added at checkout. We'll always let you know the exact fee before you commit to the order.
How It Works
- Place your order through the site or WhatsApp
- We confirm stock availability and your delivery address
- We agree on the delivery fee and payment method
- Your order is dispatched and you're updated with tracking/rider details where applicable
Inspect on Delivery
You're welcome to inspect your device at the point of delivery before completing payment (Kampala orders). For upcountry courier deliveries, please contact us immediately if there's an issue with your order.
