Orders
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once we've verified stock availability and your delivery details with you directly, typically via WhatsApp.
Pricing
Prices listed on the site are in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and may be updated without prior notice to reflect stock and market changes. The price confirmed with you at the time of order confirmation is the price you pay.
Product Condition
Our listings clearly indicate that devices are UK-used. We describe condition and any known cosmetic wear as accurately as possible in each listing.
Payment
We accept Mobile Money and other payment methods as agreed with you at the time of order. Full payment (or an agreed deposit) may be required before dispatch, depending on the order.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of a purchased device. Our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
